5 Basic Study Tips 🌼


                    In a student's life Focus and Concentration are the two most important pillars for building up his future, no matter whatever is his field.
Earlier whenever I used to study ,it was tough for me to maintain focus for more than 1 to 2 hours. But later after following a few points I was able to study for more than 10 hrs a day that too with excitement.
So let's get into the key of it....

(1) ORGANISE 📚


Organization is the most basic step in this    journey. All we need to do is DECLUTTER THE MESS !! 
Sort out your study essentials, clean up the study space, rearrange your desks, check out all those drawers and bookshelves and there you are! All set! 

(2) PLAN IT ✏️


The next thing you've to do is planning. Jot down your idea of studying using journal or planner. Sketch out your day in advance (use the night time). 


(3) MINDSET 😇


Here comes the most important thing ! You need to train your mind to do what you want.
Collect your thoughts and believes and give them a direction. Observe, feel and think❣️
Just before studying, do a 10 min meditation session to boost your effectiveness.

(4) EXECUTE🌸


Now execute the plan you made with determination and zeal. Make sure that you take enough breaks. Track your progress to see how well you are doing 📈 !


(5) BE CAREFUL ‼️


• Don't extend short breaks for more than 15 mins and long breaks for more than 40 mins⏳.
• Keep yourself well hydrated 🙌
• Have a balanced diet ( eat dryfruits and fruits)🍇🥗
• Avoid energy drinks and coffee ☕. (Rather when feeling lethargic, eat an apple or take a short nap)

• Have a proper sleep schedule😴 
Because sleeping is the only thing that'll keep you consistent!!
